The following GTCs apply to any use of Iva Samina's facilities, workshops and offers, regardless of the place, time and manner in which they are carried out, unless otherwise specified in additional contracts.
SESSIONS
(Coaching / Sexological Bodywork / Massage)
In the event of non-attendance, prevention or premature termination of a session (including for health reasons), no money can be refunded or unattended lessons replaced on a pro rata basis. Minor delays of up to 15 minutes are acceptable. If no one has appeared by then and no cancellation has been received by phone call or text message, the unused time will be charged. It is agreed that otherwise default of acceptance will occur if the agreed appointment is not canceled and kept in due time. An agreed appointment can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start via email or phone call (where I answer the phone and take the information). Anything canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full. Payment for the session must be made in cash or by bank transfer after the 1st session has been completed.
WORKSHOPS
The course fee must be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash - at the latest, however, upon completion of the 1st unit. By paying the course fee, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions of Iva Samina. Participants can pay until eight weeks before the start of a workshop (in writing) from their registration. There is no cancellation fee. In the event of withdrawal from eight weeks before the start of the event 50% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. In the event of withdrawal within four weeks before the start of the event the workshop fee is due in full and there is no entitlement to a refund if the place cannot be filled by another participant in good time. In the event of non-attendance or premature termination of an ongoing event by the participant, there is no entitlement to a refund of the workshop fee. Returns or exchanges are not possible unless there are reasons within Iva Samina's area of responsibility that preclude use for an unreasonably long period of time. Minor delays of up to 10 minutes are acceptable. If no one has appeared by then and no cancellation has been received by phone call or text message, the room will be closed and the unused time will be charged. It is agreed that otherwise default of acceptance will occur if the agreed appointment is not canceled and kept in due time.
Iva Samina reserves the right to change the workshop leader, location or dates of the respective event (at short notice). For example, workshops may be canceled or postponed due to illness of the instructor(s), other serious events or insufficient numbers of participants. If a workshop is canceled for reasons for which the organizer is responsible, any payments already made will be refunded in full to the participants. Separate cancellation conditions may be listed with the individual events - otherwise the conditions published here apply. If the event is impaired or cannot take place due to force majeure, the organizer is not obliged to pay any compensation or refund the participation fee. The organizer may postpone the date due to force majeure.
LIABILITY
With the booking / payment or use of a service (session / workshop) by Iva Samina, each customer assures to take responsibility for his or her own actions. Iva Samina does not guarantee success with regard to the healing of physical, emotional or mental illnesses. In the case of acute physical or mental disorders, emotional or mental suffering, each participant is expressly advised to consult a doctor, alternative practitioner, therapist or similar in advance (!) with regard to participation and, if necessary, to submit a certificate.
The use of Iva Samina's facilities is at the participant's own risk. No liability is assumed for items brought by the participant, in particular valuables and wardrobe.
