Unfolding The Wild Feminine

The center of our attention is often outside of ourselves, far away from our body signals and our natural sexual energy and lust for life.
This inner absence is the main cause of many problems, it also makes dealing with our soft and wild femininity and sexuality sometimes challenging or imperfect.

In a safe space, we reflect on our relationship to our bodies and examine our beliefs about sex and physicality. Together we explore female sexuality and use simple exercises to focus our awareness on our center and our own experience in the interplay of thoughts, feelings and body.
Depending on the theme, we connect with our breasts, cervix, pelvic floor, womb area and our blood and enter into a dialog with our inner world, our desires, needs and strength.

Sexual energy is the bridge back to our source. It is our connection to our life energy.

This workshop provides a deeper connection to your feminine essence, empowering you to embrace and celebrate your unique sexual and life force energy. You will gain tools to strengthen your relationship with your body and sexuality, alongside practices to realign your body, mind, and emotions. In a supportive and nurturing environment, you'll have the freedom to explore your desires and needs with confidence and curiosity.
